Experience working with customer to fully understanding processes at the key stroke level. Experienced in process documentation and design for processes. Responsibilities: * Develop SOPs that define the processes, criteria, input requirements, notional timelines and other specifics that support the development of business process improvement and/or automation recommendations. * Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings. * Develop process improvement activities to include applicable documentation and anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration through applicable governance processes. * Establishes the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and as-is and to-be process documentation for the automated and non-automated process improvement solution.
