An open position on the premier analytic contract for analytic support to the TechSIGINT mission. Based in Colorado, the heart of TechSIGINT revitalization, this senior laden contract will provide mid-level analysts the opportunity to receive mentoring and technical guidance by the best in the business. Senior analysts will enjoy being in the presence of seasoned professionals that share their life-long devotion to the mission. The ESA Level 1 shall have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or Computer Science and shall possess at least 5 years of technical ELINT experience. ELINT collection, processing, or screening experience may account for no more than 2 years of this analysis requirement. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 9 years of technical ELINT analysis experience is required with ELINT collection, processing, or screening experience accounting for no more than 2 years of this technical ELINT analysis requirement. A Master's Degree in the fields as described above may be substituted for 2 years of experience and a Ph.D. in the fields as described above may be substituted for 3 years of experience. In the case of advanced degrees, a minimum of 1 year technical ELINT experience is required and HINT collection, processing, or screening experience may not replace this minimum requirement for technical ELINT experience. Regardless of degree, teaching or development of Technical ELINT related classes can count for no more than 1 year of the technical ELINT analysis requirement. About Tensley Consulting, Inc.
