Job Number:JO-1911-1268The primary role would be to communicate with business , understand the business requirement and translate it to Ticket which team should able to work and provide the fix for.Ideally looking for someone with working experience in any Trading platform software management(CRD).• Position is for a 9-12 year experienced Production Support analyst for L2/L3 production support along with enhancements• Candidate should be technically strong (Hands On) in the required technologieso Technical skill set: ASP.NET, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), React JS, Python, MVCo Domain skills: Banking, Capital Markets/Asset Management• L2/L3 production support with enhancements for a set of Asset Management Applicationso Strong exposure and understanding of ITIL concepts around Incident Management, Problem management, Change requests, SLA’s and KPI’s are looked for.o Strong technical skills, understanding of overall development environment is requiredo Understanding of release management, deployment tools• Candidate is required to work from 8 AM till 5 PM ESTo Rotational On-Call support • Candidate should be flexible to working hours, to accommodate the need of the project#LI-JW1
