This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Finance at our Wilmington, DE location.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: ??Provide consolidated financial analysis and support for Chemours’ Executive Team (including the CFO) and Senior Director, FinanceLead the company’s monthly forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial strategy processes (i.e., across the business units and functions), covering all primary KPI’sPerform and/or review ad hoc reporting and financial analysesEnhance the company’s monthly cash flow forecasting process & variance analysisWork closely with Treasury to assess the company’s financial projections in the context of debt covenant complianceWork closely with Controllership on any key accounting or reporting mattersWork with the Corporate FP&A, Business Finance, and Strategy teams to prepare Executive- and Board-level presentationsSupport quarterly and ad hoc Investor Relations inquiriesIdentify and implement data & process refinement along with process automationMaintain effective internal controls in accordance with company standards and SOX requirementsThe following is required for this role: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, Or a degree with MBA10+ years of Corporate, Business Finance, and/or other relevant experienceA strong understanding of US GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, and financial statementsAbility to develop and analyze discounted cash flow financial modelSensA clear demonstration of the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work outside of traditional work hours during peak periodsExperience in leading a team of finance professionalsWork well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including senior managementSkilled in Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation framing and compilationFamiliarity with ledger systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream) and recently introduced data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI)Benefits:Competitive CompensationComprehensive Benefits Packages401(k) MatchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementCommuter BenefitsLearning and Development OpportunitiesStrong Inclusion and Diversity InitiativesCompany-paid Volunteer DaysWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
