This role will report to our VP of Category Strategy and Insights at BODYARMOR, with a dotted line to the VP of Category Leadership at Coca-Cola's North America Operating Unit.In this role you’ll play a crucial part in defining the business growth strategies for a portfolio of brands across multiple customers.  We will rely on your analytical expertise to build strategies and frameworks to accelerate category performance and quickly identify growth opportunities.  You'll need to possess strong leadership skills, sharp commercial acumen, and know how to connect people and resources to drive growth opportunities for BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition.  Job Responsibilities IncludeWork directly with Walmart and Sam’s Club merchants as the Sports Drink Category Advisor to build the strategy and identify category growth opportunitiesLeverage multiple data sources (Luminate, Numerator, MADRID, Nielsen etc.) to consult and co-create category strategy for both instore and online consumers to drive total category growthLead consumer insights for the Merchants at Walmart and Sam’s ClubWork with the merchants to shape the category strategy in a consumer backed approachOwn day to day requests from the merchants regarding shopper, consumer, and analytical insightsWorks with the category leaders to develop and implement best in class reporting, assortment optimization, and planning best practices for the categoryLead analysis of consumer habits, attitudes, and consumption occasions to identify specific opportunities to engage shoppers and influence purchase behavior at the shelf and onlineConsults with Merchants teams to provide strategic insight based on analytical expertiseShare analytical best practices and build capability ‘playbooks’ to scale across OU’s  Qualifications & RequirementsMust be based in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas areaBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field. 6-7+ years of Category Management or equivalent experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, including specific experience in the development and execution of consumer strategies and programs and sparking/stills brand experience. Proven record as team collaboration, management and development.  Strategic thinking, planning and project management skills are required.  Proficiency in marketing research tools, especially qualitative and quantitative studies Experience in profit & loss business management, content development, and understanding of general management are needed  Deep understanding of leveraging Luminate and MADRID insights and analyticsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products is required, specifically Microsoft Excel Must possess, or be able to rapidly develop, a strong knowledge of products within assigned category and division sales requirements.  Skills:Alteryx, Branding, Channels Strategy, Conversion Rate, Customer Data, Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, Demand Generation, Digital Advertising, Google Analytics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Leadership, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Insights, Marketing Strategies, Market Segmentation, Media Buying, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI, Product Commercialization, Sales Channel Development, Social Media, Strategy Development, Structured Query Language (SQL), TableauPay Range:$153,000 - $175,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
