COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI) Salary/sign-on: $750Kfirst year Partnership : Year 2 (surgical center and practice) Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues Health: Paid with long term disability. PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues) CME: 10 days per year Educationrepayment : Through hospital Profit Sharing No revenue sharing.
