TIAG is now hiring a SharePoint Developer to support our team full-time at the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA. This role requires a government clearance to be process at the Secret level, so US citizenship is a requirement. The Developer will be required to be onsite up to 4 days per week in Chambersburg, PA. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for supporting the development, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to gather and manage project requirements. This role involves working closely with both technical teams, SMEs, and business units to ensure SharePoint applications meet organizational needs. The candidate will assist in SharePoint administration, development of custom features, and requirements documentation. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development: * Assist in designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, lists, and libraries. * Support the customization of SharePoint sites based on business requirements, including UI modifications and page layouts. * Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in SharePoint environments. SharePoint Administration: * Perform basic SharePoint administration tasks such as managing permissions, maintaining content databases, and monitoring system performance. * Help implement and maintain security protocols and access control for SharePoint sites. Requirements Coordination: * Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements for SharePoint projects. * Act as a liaison between the business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. * Maintain clear and concise requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows. Support and Training: * Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with SharePoint functionalities and addressing any issues that arise. * Assist in training users on new SharePoint features and updates. Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in information systems and three (3) years of information technology experience or two (2) years technical experience with SharePoint Development SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online * Secret Clearance (IT-II background checks) * Security+ Certification (IAT-II) * Basic knowledge of SharePoint (development and administration) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: * Experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server. * Familiarity with Office 365, Power Automate, or PowerApps. * Basic understanding of SQL and database management.
