SHAREPOINT/POWERAPP DEVELOPER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

TIAG is now hiring a skilled SharePoint/PowerApps Developer to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SharePoint and PowerApps solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies and requirements gathering. This role will be required to come onsite up to 3x per week in Arlington, VA. This position requires a Secret clearance to be obtained, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement. Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains SharePoint and PowerApps solutions * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements * Designs and implements solutions that meet business needs * Ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable * Participates in Agile Development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives * Provides technical guidance and support to team members Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field * 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer * 3+ years of experience in SharePoint and PowerApps development * Experience in development within .NET Core * Strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies * Experience in requirements gathering and analysis * Experience working with DoD clients is a plus * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * DoD 8570 IAT II certification * DoD Computing Environment certification TIAG is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations. Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per hour
