Temp Retail Pharmacist Needed! Mainly Outpatient, some inpatient as there are some drug room responsibilities. Mainly need someone to cover the retail pharmacy The location of the position is at the Community Pharmacy, which is the retail pharmacy in Beaver, Oklahoma. It is located within the walls of the critical access hospital Contract length: Needed for a 3 week contract in October Dates: October (Tues- Fri) (10/01-10/04), (10/08-10/11) and (10/15-10/18) 9am-5pm **Pharmacist in Charge for both the retail pharmacy and the hospital drug room Degree/License: The PIC is required to have a pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and must be licensed by the State of Oklahoma
