Job Title: Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO)
Location: Creech AFB Overview: The Rockhill Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to support the 432nd Wing (WG) Weapons Shop's Multi-Tactical Data Link (TADIL) Network Operations. This vital role involves planning, executing, managing, and instructing the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Network to support both operational and tactical training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide systems expertise in the setup, execution, and management of Multi-TADIL Network Operations. • Offer instruction and support in the utilization of the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Network across various platforms and operations. • Ensure secure communications and manage sensitive COMSEC material, software, and hardware essential for mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications: • Ability to obtain and manage a cryptological account. • Proficient in the setup and operation of PRC-117 radios, Class II terminals, Fighter Data Link terminals, and Situational Awareness Datalink (SADL) with F-16/A-10 architecture. • Capable of providing Zeus (TDF) or follow-on TACSIT/Link 16/SADL instruction to operators of F-22, F-16, and MQ-9. • Completion of JT-102 (Joint Multi-TDL Course), JT-201 (Link 16 Planner Course), and JT-301 (JICO Course).
Desired Qualifications: • At least one year of hands-on experience as an Interface Control Officer.
Security Clearance: • Must hold or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Additional Notes:
The Government may waive certain educational qualifications in favor of equivalent military and/or civilian experience with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) approval.
