LOCATION: Mesa, AZ
PAY RATE: $68.50/hour

Summary: 

  • Act as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) representative on aircraft design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

  • Identify, document, and resolve potential impacts on existing Support and Test Equipment (STE), including reusable containers, Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE), Common Ground Support Equipment (CGSE), transportability equipment, and test equipment.

  • Recommend design modifications for new or updated STE; collaborate with design teams to mitigate impacts or document recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with System Performance Specification requirements for STE changes arising from aircraft configuration upgrades.

  • Conduct research, document findings, and provide technical information to support processes for the development and maintenance of support products, engineering data, and integrated support infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Army aviation

  • Proficiency in one or more aspects of sustainment engineering

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with legacy or new production military aircraft such as AH-64 or AH-6i

  • Familiarity with military aircraft sustainment products and services

  • Experience in technical integration across multiple sustainment engineering teams

  • Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
