Overview The Deputy Program Manager functions as the Program Manager when the Program Manager is absent and is the manager for the Facilities Help Desk, Facilities Operations, and Courier Driver Services Core Services areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervises the daily work being completed in each of these PWS areas and is responsible for managing and providing support to the Supervisors and Leads such as making sure they have all the resources to do their jobs properly and meet all PWS requirements.
* Monitors open work tickets and inspects daily operations for regulatory and procedural compliance through professional and effective execution, staffing, and personnel work site assignments.
* Ensures personnel are properly trained, have up-to-date licenses and certifications, and facilitates or coordinates the assistance of corporate resources, as necessary.
* Manages daily operations and ensures his staff has current PIV cards which are the credentials for Tatitlek personnel to access federal information systems and federally controlled facilities etc. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Associate's Degree from an accredited institution SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: * 3-5 years of proven experience at a leadership or management level, preferably in a facility management or operational support services role.
