Overview DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will lead a team consisting of engineers, technicians, programmers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and/or clerical help as needed to support the tasks requested and approved by the Government to assist with the development, testing, and evaluation of specialized test instrumentation and/or software required to support government activities. • Provide monthly progress reports that include project fund expenditures, status, and possible issues and recommended solutions. • Help execute governments mission and assist in the development and execution of technical direction and policy guidance for this contract customer. Duties may also include, but are not limited to: • Assist with the development and execution of Inter-Service support agreements with all Department of Defense (DoD) Services.
• Support the development, submission and execution of an annual program budget.
• Coordinate reporting with heads of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Components.
• Assist with the preparation of Director, unit reports on customers mission execution and reports on Joint Service activity and customers budget/program execution.
• Assist in the development of Cooperative Test and Evaluation Memorandums of Understanding and Cooperative Test and Evaluation Project Arrangements. • Assist in the planning for, scheduling and execution of sponsored meetings, conferences, and symposiums. • When required, function as event coordinator and facilitator during the scheduled event activities. • PM responsibilities may include supporting acquisition strategy planning for the development of new test equipment and capabilities, assisting in the collection of technical requirements and specifications, developing cost estimates, performing market research, and drafting documentation, to include, but not limited to the following: PWSs, SoW, Supporting Documentation, Funding Request, Quad Charts, Status Reports, Budget Reports and Briefing Slides. EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of ten years of experience in program management. • Bachelors degree in related field.
• PMP certification preferred. • Must have active Secret clearance, Top Secret preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required. May require occasional travel.
