Starting Pay:

$22.80/hour

$1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

1st Shift Hours: M-F 7a-3p

2nd Shift Hours: M-F 3p-11p

3rd Shift Hours: Sun-Th 11p-7a

What Will You Do? 

JOB SUMMARY: Welds, brazes metal parts together using wire feed, heli-arc and acetylene welding apparatus.

ELEMENTS:       

Clamps or inserts pieces in jigs or fixtures, adjusts arc welds pieces at predetermined locations following instructions or copies model prepared by supervisor. Performs welding repairs on plant equipment and machinery. Prepares minor set up for work under supervision of supervisor.

Must be able to determine unsatisfactory weld; responsible for welding parts according to specifications.
