Unit Description: We strive to help our patient’s transition back home by helping to guide, coach and direct them to become independent in their activities of daily living. We work closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Recreational Therapists and Medical Doctors to help our patients carry out their treatments. Inpatient Rehab has 35 beds located at the Fanny Allen Campus where Fletcher Allen’s Rehabilitation Center is based. We have a wide range of patients, including brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and multi-traumas or illness that requires a more intensive Rehabilitation for patients.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: $5,000 sign-on bonus. Free on-site parking at the Fanny Allen Campus. The University of Vermont Medical Center benefits apply.
