ThedaCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated OB Nurse’s to join our team! OB RN's can select a primary site or two locations (Regional & Critical Access) with planned schedule rotations.
We had 124 births in the last year.
We have 10 providers and 1 mid wife on our team!
24 hour respiratory therapy- in house
24 hour anesthesia coverage

* 0.75 FTE
SCHEDULE:
· Nights 7p-7a
· Weekend options: Every weekend premium, every 3rd weekend or every 4th weekend
· Location options: Waupaca, Waupaca/Appleton, or Waupaca/Neenah
· Holiday rotation

The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. Through collaborative practice with members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by ThedaCare. Furthers the professional practice of nursing at ThedaCare by promoting a culture of innovation and a commitment to growth and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
· 2 plus years of OB Registered Nurse experience preferred in a hospital setting
· Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Associates Degree in Nursing with an agreement to obtain the BSN within five years.
· American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of Fifty (50) pounds without assistance
· Job classification is exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform patient care procedures
