Position Description: Eagle Harbor, LLC is seeking an HME Course Instructor located in Huntsville, AL. The HME Instructor will support the delivery of Homemade Explosives (HME) course by preparing practical exercise scenarios, conducting explosives demonstrations (including the preparation and handling of improvised explosives mixtures), preparing and conducting explosive disposal exercises and demo range clean up Key Responsibilities: * Preparing practical exercise scenarios * Conducting Explosives Demonstrations (including the preparation and handling of improvised explosives mixtures) * Preparing and conducting explosive disposal exercises * Demo range clean up. * Act as Range Officer, Range Safety Officer, or Explosives Control Officer during live fire exercises. Experience/Qualifications: * US Citizenship required * Ability to obtain/maintain an Active Secret Clearance* * Must be eligible for both a US Tourist Passport and US Official Passport * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is preferred; 5 years' directly relatable experience may be substituted for degree * Must not be prohibited from possessing and transferring explosive materials as defined in Title 18, United States Code, Section 1102, Chapter 40. * Experience mitigating HME scenes domestically or abroad. * Must have held one of the following certifications: * Certified Explosives Specialist, ATF * Hazardous Device Technician (HDS), FBI * Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, NAVSCOLEOD Preferred: Candidates that have graduated from the ATF Homemade Explosives (HME) Identification, Processing and Disposal course are preferred.
