- The System Integration and Test Engineer provides technical support and advisory services on complex space systems integration and test efforts. - The System Integration and Test Engineer will be supporting the customer in the identification and management of system integration and test activities to include development of the objectives, plans, schedules, and execution. - The System Integration and Test Engineer also supports the integration and transition of systems into the operational baseline. - The System Integration and Test Engineer presents demonstrated working knowledge of large space system development, integration, and test activities necessary to enable demonstration of operational test capabilities. Responsibilities: - Identify activities necessary to enable the integration and test of capabilities within a larger enterprise - Develop detailed test objectives, plans and success criteria for requirement closure approaches. - Test execution, test schedules, test readiness review, test reports. - Work with multiple teams and program offices in development of execution of system test plans and efforts, to include development, planning, and execution of test programs. - Deconflict resources - Execute tests - Report test results - Coordinate system test level activities across the enterprise. - Help the customer establish priorities and engage with various internal and external stakeholders to include senior executives, officials, military officers, development contractors, and end users. - Develop briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences. Must be able to convey information in a clear and articulate manner to government leadership. Qualifications - Technical BS - Experience in systems engineering integration and test of space systems. - Thorough understanding of space systems (to include ground element), design, integration, and test execution. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritizing competing requirements and tasks. - Strong leadership, interpersonal communication skills. - Experience in large systems acquisition - CONUS travel less than 10% Founded in 2012, Titania is a Professional Services company headquartered in McLean, VA.
