DRAFTER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

TMC Technologies is looking for a Drafterto join our team at the Naval the Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will work with the customer and other team members to provide technical drawing support for US Navy systems. Job Tasking: * The draftsman incorporates specifications into drawings and plans that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product or structure. * Ensure technical process and quality assurance on all workload * Support drafting work will utilize Creo * Must be competent in self-checking prior to submitting for further review. Job Requirements Basic Qualifications: * Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance * US Citizenship is a requirement due to government contract regulations * Proficient in accomplishing assigned task by utilizing 3D Parametric CAD software (Creo preferred) to create and maintain models * Must be able to create and modify very complex detail models and drafts from sketches, layouts, notes, or reverse engineering provided by Engineering source and Leads. * Ability to follow instruction and achieve goals are critical to meet project deadlines. * 1+ year of drafting experience Preferred Qualifications: * Active Secret Security Clearance * Bachelor's Degree * 3+ years of drafting experience We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
