Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Explain features, advantages and benefits of each product for customized delivery
- Prepare accurate bank and state documents
- Train sales staff as necessary
- Maintain great lender relationships
- Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:
- At least 3 years’ previous F&I experience with proven track record is required
- Toyota experience is preferred but not required
- DealerTrack experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
- Strong communications skills, team oriented
- Computer proficient
- Professional appearance and demeanor
