Phoenix to Southern California and back. Home most weekends. Consistent freight, steady hours, and overtime after 40.

TransForce is hiring a CDL A Regional Driver based out of Phoenix, AZ for dry van and container freight running between Phoenix and Southern California. No-touch freight, consistent miles, and a growing operation that keeps you moving.

Pay & Schedule

• $29 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

The Route

• Regional runs from Phoenix, AZ to Southern California with return loads back to Phoenix
• Dry van and container freight ranging from 20,000 to 45,000 lbs legal weight
• Mix of live load/unload and drop and hook
• No-touch freight
• 40-53 foot dry vans and containers

Home Time

• Home every other day
• Home weekends
• Overnight layovers in Southern California 2-3 times per week as needed

What You Need

• Valid CDL A license
• 1-2 years of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable with occasional overnight stays in a regional environment
