TransForce is hiring CDL A Flatbed Drivers to join our team. This position offers paid training, competitive CPM rates, and the opportunity to increase earnings with endorsements like TWIC. Enjoy regional routes hauling pre-tarped and pre-strapped loads with consistent home time.

• Training Pay: $25/hour during initial training
• Starting Pay: $0.62 CPM (endorsements like TWIC can increase pay)
• Schedule: Out for 2 weeks, home for 3-4 days
• Freight Type: Flatbed loads, including shingles and building materials
• Handling Type: Minimal touch (pre-tarped and pre-strapped loads)
• Equipment: Automatic flatbed trucks
• Route Type: Regional across Georgia and surrounding areas

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1+ year of experience or MOS equivalent
• Endorsements: Not required but preferred (e.g., TWIC)
• Safety Record: Clean MVR with no DOT-defined accidents in the past 3 years
