TransForce is seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to support Local operations based in Littleton, MA.

Temp-to-hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate Details: 

• Schedule: Mon-Fri / 1st Shift / home daily
• Pay: $21 Per hour + $1,500 sign on bonus
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Packaging supplies/containers
• Equipment: Forklift
• Handling: Will operate forklift (sit-down/propane), pick/pack/pull orders, load/unload trucks (some duties may be performed by hand) 

Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate Minimum Requirements: 

• License: Does not require forklift license but needs prior experience
• Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable forklift operating experience
• Endorsements: None
• Equipment Experience: Forklift
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate forklift in the warehouse
• Picking/packing, pulling orders, loading/unloading trucks, sorting/stocking product, inventory control
• Perform required handling tasks
• Communicate effectively with management and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including operating forklift, lifting up to 50lbs when needed
