TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Wilmington, Massachusetts. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non CDL Box Truck Driver Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, start time between 6AM - 11AM

• Pay:  $27 Per Hour, OT After 40, + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus

• Route Type: local

• Equipment: 26' automatic box truck

• Handling: light touch

Non CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non CDL

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate 26' box truck on local routes 

• Transport airplane parts and engines in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
