CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: M-F; 4AM - 7AM start; 7-12 stops per day

• Pay: $30/hr, OT after 40 hrs

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type:building materials - delivering to lumber yards

• Equipment:Curtain-side trailers, automatic trucks, day cabs

• Handling:Curtain-side strapping and load securement

CDL A DriverMinimumRequirements:

• License:CDL A

• Experience:1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Equipment Experience:curtain-side or flatbed

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safelyoperatecurtain-side trailer onlocal routes

• Transport building materials in accordance withDOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks includingstrapping and load securement

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintainaccuratelogs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping and load securement
