CDL A Driver - Touch Freight - $28 Per Hour + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Hudson, NH. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30am - 6am Start time

  • Pay:  $28 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours, + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, $1,300 - $1,400 Estimated weekly pay

  • Route Type: Local delivering to Albany and New England, 3-8 stops per day

  • Freight / Load Type: Delivering palletized paper products

  • Equipment: Freightliner Cascadia Automatic Day Cab 53' Dry Van Trailer

  • Handling: Touch freight, unloading palletized freight and breakdown pallets at customer locations

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

  • License: CDL A

  • Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  • Endorsements: None

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

  • Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

  • Transport palletized paper products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  • Perform required handling tasks including unloading and breaking down pallets at customer sites 

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
