CDL B Box Truck Driver | $24 Per Hour | Bronx, NY 

TransForce is seeking a CDL B driver to support local operations based in Bronx, NY. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL B Box Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: 5 days per week - will most likely work both weekend days at first. 8-9 hours per day; 6 AM start

• Pay: $24 per hour, $1,000 - $1,100 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: local 

• Freight / Load Type: groceries

• Equipment: refrigerated box truck

• Handling: heavy touch - loading and unloading truck by hand or with hand carts

CDL B Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL B 

• Experience: 6-12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL B Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate refrigerated box truck on local routes 

• Transport groceries in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including loading and unloading truck by hand or using hand carts 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including loading and unloading trucks
