TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support OTR operations in Knoxville, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Driver Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days out, 2 days, 2500 - 3000 miles per week
- Pay: $1,500/week
- Route Type: OTR
- Freight / Load Type: Plastic material, traveling to southeast, northeast and midwest
- Handling: No-touch
CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Electronic logging device experience required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment OTR routes
- Transport plastic material in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
