The Director of B2B Marketing Analytics is a passionate, experienced, and outcome-driven leader who has proven knowledge about how to grow an organization’s approach to performance measurement through self-serve, marketing/sales-funnel, broader marketing analytics capabilities, and outcome-focused reporting. This role will be responsible for: • Identifying, developing, and driving the B2B performance measurement vision and strategy roadmap for Global Marketing. • They will provide trusted advice and consultation to the global marketing leadership team, leveraging data from a variety of marketing platforms and sources to contextualize marketing influence on business growth and inspire actions that improve performance. • They will achieve alignment on analytics learning objectives through reporting with broader GTM functions like product marketing, marketing business partners, marketing strategy, sales, channel commercialization, operations, global technology, and business line leaders. • Lastly, you will identify, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analytics professionals at various stages of their career path and identify additional skillsets to further strengthen the team’s output.What You'll Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, economics, or related quantitative field.12+ years of marketing data & analytics roles with 5+ years of leadership experience.Proficiency in analytics tools like Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce Dashboards for B2B Marketing use cases.Strong knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Medallia/Qualtrics and SEO tools like BrightEdge, Ahrefs and similar.Expertise in relational databases and requisite programming language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python) to work with them and maintain data integrity strongly preferred.Impact You'll Make:Media & Digital Marketing Analytics Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of digital planning and buying with a focus on standard media and B2B marketing metrics (including demand gen, lead gen, funnel, pipeline metrics).Acute attention to detail and data hygiene: Ability to seek out data points from disparate sources and viewpoints, determine systematic approaches to hygiene, ultimately provide a comprehensive source of truth.Data Storyteller: Successfully works across functions to develop key business questions, performance indicators, and reporting outcomes. Ties all elements together into an easily actioned narrative that inspires stakeholders. Ultimately, establishes scalable processes to turn data observations into meaningful stories that drive impact for ad hoc and ongoing reporting across stakeholder levels.Martech Knowledge: Understands the critical importance of data connectivity between marketing technology platforms in our stack and advocates for decisions that improve the organization’s ability to derive insights as a result.
