Partner – Life Sciences

TRC Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing consulting firm to hire a Partner for its Life Sciences.  This firm offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Life Sciences within a high-growth, elite consulting environment backed by the legacy of a well known manufacturer. You’ll combine entrepreneurial freedom with the strength of a globally respected brand, lead high-caliber teams, and drive tangible outcomes—not just recommendations.

This is a U.S.-based remote role with up to 80% travel.  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and grow consulting engagements within the U.S. Life Sciences sector (biotech, pharma, or medical devices)

Drive business development, including proposals, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals

Serve as a senior advisor and primary point of contact for client executives

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational solutions to complex challenges

Identify and pursue new client opportunities and expand existing accounts

Oversee project execution, ensuring quality of deliverables and data-driven insights

Mentor and develop consulting staff; foster high-performing teams

Contribute to firm thought leadership, methodologies, and industry presence (conferences, publications)
 

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related)
 
10+ years of experience across consulting and Life Sciences organizations

Proven expertise in strategy and operations within Life Sciences

Minimum 3 years of business development experience with a track record of winning work

Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills

Experience delivering complex consulting engagements end-to-end

Additional language skills (German, Spanish, or French) are a plus

Must have U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship
