Execute strategies to market, price, and sell used equipment while identifying growth opportunities and maintaining market competitiveness
Analyze market trends and performance metrics (margins, turnover, aging inventory) to guide inventory and pricing decisions
Manage used equipment inventory, including tracking location, condition, valuation, and coordinating reconditioning with service teams
Support sales efforts through appraisals, trade valuations, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
Maintain accurate records, ensure operational efficiency, and follow all safety standards
5–7 years of experience in used or heavy equipment, or a related industry
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with inventory management, pricing, and sales support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
