TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) to hire Assemblers in Ellabell, GA! 

Job Summary:
In this role, you will work in an automotive manufacturing environment performing production and assembly-related tasks to meet safety, quality, and production goals at Hyundai Motor Group’s first dedicated EV mass-production facility.

Shift Details:

  • Training (2-3 days):
    • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Initial Assignment (3-4 months - REQUIRED):
    • 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mon–Fri)
    • $22.32/hour
  • Permanent Assignment:
    • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Mon–Fri)
    • $23.82/hour
    • All candidates must be able to remain on 1st shift for approximately 3–4 months prior to transitioning to 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform production and assembly work to meet quality and production standards
  • Rotate between tasks and operate hand/power tools and production equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and report or correct defects
  • Work with team members and leadership to maintain production flow
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work overtime as needed

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility with job rotation and overtime
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs
  • Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments with PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or automotive experience
  • Mechanical or assembly-related skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • 2-year Technical Degree (preferred, not required)
