We are seeking a powerhouse Stamping Maintenance Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute the technical heartbeat of our stamping operations. Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Technical Ownership: Lead the maintenance index for the stamping area, including downtime reduction, equipment improvements, and safety/environmental compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the annual operations plan, managing budgets and maintenance systems (SAP/PM) to ensure 100% operational uptime.
  • Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of 30+ employees, fostering a culture of precision, safety, and continuous skill development.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Apply expert-level electrical and mechanical knowledge to solve complex issues within PLC-based automation and heavy stamping equipment.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between international technical teams and local production to ensure seamless vehicle launch cycles.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in automated manufacturing maintenance, specifically within high-volume environments.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams (30+) and navigate the complexities of a 24/7 production schedule.
  • Technical Edge: Strong command of PLC-based automation, electrical/mechanical system engineering, and the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
  • Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Grit: You understand that in stamping, maintenance is the front line. You are ready to support your team through urgent equipment issues and rotating shifts when the mission requires it.
