LINE MECHANIC
Location: Broadview, IL
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday
Pay: $26 - $30 (dependent on experience)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures machinery set up and ready to run when production begins.
- Fills out daily safety inspection card
- Train line personnel for proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in the resolution of all line mechanical problems.
- Suggest improvement for line efficiency.
- Maintains cleanliness of his line and the equipment on it.
- Opens and closes the facility as scheduled
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Capable of lifting and moving 20 lbs. a distance of 10 feet.
- Capable of walking, standing, bending, pushing and pulling during the entire shift.
- Ability to work within non-climate-controlled facility
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Including but not limited to: Preventative maintenance, gears, conveyers, and motors
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and changing fuses
- Basic understanding of PLC’s
- Ability to change drives
- Must be proficient in English
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
