Accounts Payable Specialist
Prestigious Charlotte Corporate Headquarters is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their corporate accounting team. You will b a part of a high energy, collaborative team that is family focused. Great opportunity for new grads and experienced accounts payable specialists! Advancement opportunity available and great benefits! Salary up to $50K. Remote opportunity after in house training.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing payments
- Match PO numbers to correct invoices
- Validate check requests
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, and terms of payments for accuracy
- Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and expense reports
Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Task driven
- Detailed Oriented
