Shift: M-F, 8:00am-4;30pm
Pay: $60,000k+ (Dependent on experience)
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal financial and reporting standards
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer service inquiries and support
Process customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate records within CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with supply chain partners
Support pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies
Help enforce internal processes related to order approvals, payment terms, and documentation
Provide backup support for customer service functions as needed in a small team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controller-level responsibilities
Experience with customer service, order management, or inside sales support
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
