What You will be Doing:
- Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.
- Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.
- Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
- Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
Where You will be Going:
- Regional Travel
- Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.

- Full Travel
- Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification.
- Active and in good-standing Medication Aide certification. (QMA, KMA MA-C)
- Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
- At least one year's experience as a Certified Medication Aide preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive base wages
