DEVOPS ENGINEER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

TRISTAR is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our up coming government customer in Bloomington, IN Position Description: The Dev Ops Engineer will play a critical role in managing our infrastructure, ensuring the seamless deployment and maintenance of our applications
Will leverage your expertise in Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure as code to support and enhance our development and operations processes
Establish and improve system monitoring while maintaining established security protocols within development, test, and production systems
Build and maintain on premise infrastructure to support team and customer initiatives Position Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Management: Perform patching, upgrades, and vulnerability scans on CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery processes are secure and efficient.
Support code deployments including performing troubleshooting, spin up services/pods, etc.
Ansible Automation: Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automating the deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure and applications.
Work closely with development, test, and our customer to ensure alignment and successful implementation and execution of projects Position Requirement: Strong and proven understanding of DevOps and software/application development processes
Perform physical hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration. Ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and effectively
Strong proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
Hands on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Knowledge and experience with physical hardware like servers, switches, routers, etc.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be a US Citizen
An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
