We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Berkeley Township, NJ. As an RBT with True Progress Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, promoting skill development and reducing challenging behaviors
Collaborate with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (CABAs) to ensure effective treatment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions and progress
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy
Demonstrate a commitment to the principles of ABA and our organization's mission to provide supportive services to children and their families
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)
Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program and registration with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ABA principles and methods
