Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)

• 1+ years of experience in ABA or a related field

• RBT certification

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

Compensation:

• $24 - $27 hourly
