Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: FocusOne Program - Bartlett Regional Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: FocusOne Program - Bartlett Regional Hospital.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: RN II: Advancement from RN I or a minimum of one (1) year continuous recent experience in a comparable patient care setting.
RN III: Advancement from RN II or a minimum of 3 years current acute care experience 2 of which are in primary unit specialty.
Required Credentials: Graduation from accredited Nursing Program
Shift & Scheduling: Typically 7am - 7:30pm, or 7:00pm to 7:30am, and on call night shifts
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or the alternative certification Pediatric Advanced Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization
