Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Fluoro permit required; pending permits are accepted if already applied for at time of submission. -RCIS acceptable w/5+ years exp* Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Coil embolization/peripherals/hemodynamic monitoring preferred. - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO must be approved at time of submission. Open to accommodating block schedule? Will consider. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Daily caseload: 8-12. Coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias cases; coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers. Adult and geriatric patient population. -Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation

Shift & Scheduling: No weekend requirement. Call required: up to 4 days a week; varies depending on need.

Required Credentials: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
