Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <35 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - North Memorial Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with Newborn, Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patient Populations

Special Requests:

• Agency responsible for supplying traveler dosimetry badge for duration of assignment

Shift & Scheduling:

• 8:30am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours during the week to add up to a total of 40
• Weekend Requirements: Every Weekend

7 days maximum time off
