Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• No current placement allowed at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - State of Montana.

Additional Details:

All clinicians assigned to Montana State Hospital are required to hold an Advanced Physical Skills (APS) Blue CPI card issued by the Crisis Prevention Institute (www.crisisprevention.com). If you don’t already have this certification, you will be enrolled in the necessary course during your first week of orientation.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in a Geriatric Psych Nursing specialty

Highly skilled in De-Escalation

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred experience working with psychiatric inpatient treatment programs.

Required Credentials: Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university degree in nursing.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible to facility scheduling

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required after submission
