Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 6 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 2 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock and no current placement allowed at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - RNs only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required. - Sterile Processing Tech only: Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size). - Surgical Technologist only: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size). - Minimum of 2 previous travel assignments completed. - Telemetry experience required. - Experience with post-surgical drains, central line care/maintenance, Foley insertion, G tubes/J tubes/NG tubes/PEG tubes, IV medication administration/IV push, wound care, and O2 therapy.
Special Requests: - You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit and facility.
Unit Details: - Cares for inpatients with a variety of medical conditions as well as post-operative patients. - Patient population is primarily elderly but can be as young as 18. - Common diagnoses include post-op ortho, general surgery, ETOH, CHF, and pneumonia.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Rotating holidays.
7 days maximum time off
