Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

• 1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - New York Presbyterian.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

For units that auto offer : A maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/18/2027, 02/15/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
