Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research.

Additional Details:

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Can not apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio State University facilities.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Shift & Scheduling: D/N or Nights. If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.

Some shifts will be assigned to MS, others to PCU.

Weekend shifts vary based on unit requirements.

Floating Requirements: Float to various Oncology Medical-Surgical (MS) units as needed.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
