Experience:

• 60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN).

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have OR experience and able to go to the OR by themselves, minimum 5 years hospital experience with at least 3 years in a trauma OR and ER trauma experience.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4x10 or 5x8. 10 hr range from N-10p or 2p-Mid/8hr range from 2p-10p or 4-Mid. - On Call: Yes, rotational Work 2 - 24 hr calls every 13 weeks - 24 hr shift Friday 8p-Sat 8p or Sat 8p-Sun 8p. - Weekends: Yes rotating weekends - every other weekend. - Holiday: Rotating Holidays-holidays -work 1 Summer & 1 Winter holiday

6 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
