Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred 2-3 years minimum experience.

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Varying shifts (0530-1600, 0630-1700 and 0730-1800). Will be on the mandate list to fill any vacant call that is not picked up.
• On Call: 1-2 call per week and 1 call weekend every 3-4 weeks, 30-minute response time.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Driver’s license required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
