Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 24 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

• BSN completion preferred

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience, Charge RN experience

Unit/Facility Details: May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse

Special Requests: This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed. On Call Requirements TBD

Floating Requirements: May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice

5 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required
